Is the site open all year round?

We close in January for approx 6 weeks, reopening mid February.

Yes, our site is very child friendly with an outdoor play area, climbing wall, go karts and arts centre.

Berwick upon Tweed is 3 miles from our site.

Is there public transport nearby?

Local buses run from Scremerston the nearby village which is a 10min walk from site, taxis can be ordered and the railway station is situated in Berwick which is 3 mile from site.

We offer limited access to wifi. Please enquire with staff.

How far is the nearest supermarket?

3 miles into Berwick where there is Tesco, Asda, Morrisons and Aldi.

What is check in/check out times?

Check in is from 3pm and check out 10am.

What do I need to bring with me for my stay?

  • Bedding, either flat sheet with duvet and pillows or sleeping bags and pillows. Bedding can be hired as an optional extra.
  • Bringing crockery and cutlery is optional as it is supplied in communal kitchen
  • Towels
  • Toiletries
  • Washing up essentials (washing up bowl, dishwashing detergent, cloth, tea towel)
  • Torch
  • £1 coins to purchase electric cards
  • Wellies for wet days

Is bedding supplied?

No, guests must supply their own bedding and towels. Bedding can be hired as an optional extra.

How many wigwams does the site have?

We have 24 standard wigwams, 2 ensuite wigwams, 1 deluxe wigwam and 3 canvas yurts.

Are there cooking facilities on site?

There is a communal kitchen on site which can be used as a prep/cooking area. It has ceramic hobs with ovens, microwaves, kettles, toasters. Sinks with running hot and cold water (drinkable). Pots, pans and utensils available.

Crockery and cutlery is supplied in communal kitchen.

We have large shower room facilities which are suitable for children.

Are BBQs permitted?

Portable BBQs are permitted however we do not allow disposable BBQs.

Do you allow campfires?

Campfires can be pre-ordered with the site, guests are not permitted to use their own firepits or use own fuel.

Is electricity included in price?

No, each accommodation has an electric meter where guests can purchase electric cards to top up their supply.

Are there any extras we can add to our booking?

Yes, we have a list of extras which can make your stay extra special, all must be pre-booked prior to arrival, view all optional extras.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, we have 8 dog friendly wigwams. We allow up to 2 small dogs per wigwam for a nightly per dog supplement.
